WAPA Scholarship Program
Applications are now being accepted for the 2026 WAPA Scholarships. Please use this form to apply; winners will be announced at WAPA's 67th Annual Conference & Business Meeting.
ABOUT THE WAPA SCHOLARSHIPS
WAPA typically offers two types of scholarship each year:
- Engineering Scholarship is open to undergraduates and graduate students studying civil engineering or construction engineering enrolled at an accredited Wisconsin university or Michigan Technological University. Preference will be given to those applicants who intend to pursue a career in the transportation construction industry. Special consideration will be given to Wisconsin residents with sophomore or junior status at the time of scholarship application.
- Engineering Technician Scholarship is open to engineering technology students enrolled at a Wisconsin technical college. Preference will be given to those applicants who intend to pursue a career in the transportation construction industry.
For both scholarships, email transcripts and letters of recommendation are required as part of the application process.
