- Member News. Congratulations are in order for Northeast Asphalt, which was honored last week at the National Asphalt Pavement Association’s annual meeting. Their project to reconstruct STH 73 from Columbus to Princeton in Greenville, Wisconsin won the Larry H. Lemon Quality in Construction Award, which recognizes green and/or innovative projects using less than 50,000 tons of asphalt.
